Shipping Policy

All items are packaged in a gift box and ready to give and shipped by trackable courier.

UK Shipping

All parcels are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery Tracked Next Day Service. Shipping costs £10. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

International Shipping by Courier

International orders are shipped via international courier 1- 5 day service and costs £29. All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival.

The courier requires an email address and telephone contact so please make sure you include this in your order.

Duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in your shipping costs. Items shipped to the EU will receive a customs fee calculated by your local Customs authority. These import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and Ivana Nohel will not be responsible for this. Customs in your country may contact you and may require personal tax details and payment in order to clear your pieces through Customs.
